Shipping policy

VinCor By Lettey offers FREE shipping on all orders over $150. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies on all other orders under $100 within Aotearoa, NZ only. 

We will be working on shipping to Australia in 2022.

There will be a pick up option for locals in Rotorua. The pick up will be at Iti Gifts in Rotorua in-between opening shop hours. There will be a pick up option at checkout. Please only pick this option if your planning on picking up from the store.

Shipping for the South & North Island will occur within 3-5 business days of the order being placed and processed. This allows us time incase orders are delayed from NZ post due to COVID-19.Rural deliveries will take longer than normal urban areas.

No deliveries to PO boxes.
